Keystone RV Company is evolving its product leadership structure across its Keystone, CrossRoads RV, and Dutchmen RV brands as part of a continued investment in product development, innovation, and stronger brand differentiation.
Keystone has long been recognized as one of the RV industry’s strongest environments for developing product leadership. The company’s latest leadership evolution continues that tradition by elevating proven leaders across several of the industry’s most successful RV segments.
Under the new structure:
- Nick Ebenroth has been promoted to General Manager of High Profile Fifth Wheels. Nick previously served as Product Manager over Montana, the industry’s number one luxury fifth wheel.
- Scott Taylor has been promoted to General Manager of Mid Profile Fifth Wheels. Scott previously served as Product Manager over Cougar, the industry’s number one fifth wheel.
- Ian Griffith has been promoted to General Manager of the Toy Hauler segment. Ian previously served as Product Manager over Raptor, the fastest-growing toy hauler in the industry.
- Andrew Elliott has been promoted to General Manager of Entry Level Travel Trailers. Andrew recently served as Product Manager over multiple product lines, including Coleman, the industry’s number one travel trailer.
- Cody Schade will continue serving as General Manager of Lightweight Travel Trailers.
- Aaron Young, formerly President of CrossRoads RV and Dutchmen RV, will join Keystone as General Manager of Destination Trailers and Entry Level High Profile Fifth Wheels.
In addition, Matt Christensen will transition into a new role as Director of Product Development after successfully leading multiple Keystone brands, including Cougar, Montana, and Coleman. In his new role, Christensen will help drive product innovation, share best practices across brands, and strengthen differentiation throughout Keystone’s products.
“This is Keystone doing what Keystone has always done — investing in great people and continuing to evolve and lead the industry,” said Jeff Runels, President of Keystone RV Company. “We are aligning talented leaders around the categories where they have proven success, while creating stronger collaboration across our brands. Most importantly, this structure helps us sharpen the identity of every brand we build. Our goal is not sameness. Our goal is distinct products with clear positioning that stand apart for customers and dealers.”
