The Keystone Difference

Keystone was founded in 1996 on a few simple principles, the most important of which is that we respect each other and our people. Since then, the company has grown to be the largest manufacturer of towable RVs in the industry. We've done this by leading with innovation and quality, which begins with people like you.

Job Security & Stability

With over 1,200 dealers and production of nearly 80,000 RVs each year, Keystone RV can ride the ups and downs of the industry better than smaller competitors. This means as a Keystone employee, you can expect one of the most consistent work environments in Elkhart County.

Opportunity for Growth

More than 90% of Keystone managers started on one of our production lines. Our philosophy is simple, regardless of age, years with the company, education, or experience we look for leaders. If career advancement is important to you, you will have every opportunity to show us what you've got and be rewarded for your efforts.

Excellent Hours, Pay & Benefits

There are many types of jobs available at Keystone, and all are paid competitively with excellent health, dental, vision and life insurance. If you select a job in one of our production facilities, you can expect to work hard but be compensated well, and in many cases, work less than a 40 hour week.
